Mr. Rameswar Prasad
Mr. Rameswar Prasad, scion of Prasad Group, boasts 35 years of experience in Kolkata’s real estate. Guided by his father, Late Shri Ganesh Prasad, he excels in the construction life cycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
The avid cricketer proved his mettle on the ‘construction site’ as well as off it. He is familiar with the entire real estate construction life cycle beginning from land bank selection and acquisition, deadline-based construction, liaising with the architect and site engineers, and ‘sealing the deal’ with customers.
Apart from commercial projects like Prasad Chamber and Prasad Square, he has successfully completed residential projects including Prasad Exotica, Lake District, and Rare Earth. Known for his cricketing prowess, Mr. Prasad is dedicated to guiding customers through the entire real estate process, from land acquisition to post-registration formalities.
Mr. Rameswar Prasad, a dynamic entrepreneur, oversees projects like Altitude 16, Prasad Central, and Platina. His zeal from 1987 remains as strong as ever. Expanding into agri implements, he acquired Sun Agrotech, aiming for national prominence through technology.

Venturing into Co-working with his wife, Smt Rachna Prasad, they aim to make IdeaPod a premier ‘idea generation hub’ in the Eastern Region. Passionate about cricket, he’s an avid fan and also appreciates quality artwork by international painters.

The director of Prasad Group and partner at Sun Agrotech, originally from Kanpur, embraced the ‘learning bug’ after moving to Kolkata. She joined a NGO, Millennium Mams, 10 years ago, to know what investing is all about. She found the environment so stimulating that she not only mastered the art of investing in blue chip stocks, but also became the President of the organisation! Juggling roles as a mother, homemaker, and President, she excelled in all responsibilities.
She played a stellar role in the success of her three children, Anushree Prasad, Ishika Prasad, and Varun Prasad. Leaving her role – current role – change to – the ex-President of Millennium Mams entered the corporate world as director of Prasad Group, the family real estate business. She completed the MBA Essentials course from the London School of Economics to prepare for her role
Mrs. Prasad, a goal-driven professional, introduced the ‘Digital Marketing Department’ to Prasad Group, leveraging her social media expertise. Using her experience at Millennium Mams, she established a robust online presence, collaborating with graphic design and digital marketing agencies, supported by an in-house social media team.
She launched IdeaPod, a co-working venture, aiming to create an ‘idea-generation hub.’ Her ‘Fun on Saturdays’ concept adds vibrancy, and birthday celebrations foster teamwork. Active on social media, she stays updated on real estate, co-working, and agri implements. Balancing work, she enjoys family travel and attended the Berkshire Hathaway AGM. When not strategizing social media, she interviews candidates. She unwinds with walks at Rabindra Sarovar Lakes or yoga on her Alipore terrace.
